New Sessions and a New Film Announced

New Sessions and a New Film Announced

A big turn-out this week results in new sessions plus two screenings added of the controversial Berlin winner The Trouble With Being Born.

Surrounded by a tremendous goodwill and a spectacular Opening Night, translating into strong sales, we're excited to announce new screens and sessions and a new film to cater for the amazing demand for the 2020 program.

We have scheduled the controversial The Trouble With Being Born, a story about a man and his android, which received the Special Jury Award in the 2020 Berlin Film Festival Encounters section. The Encounters section is for artistically daring films that ‘mirror’ the 21st Century.  The film will screen on Sat 17 9:20pm (Palace Nova East End) and Tues 20 9:20pm (Palace Nova East End).
